Most landlords see it as a burden when the tenant calls with an issue, but I see it as a challenge and try my best to turn their negative experience into a positive one. I have managed many estate agents' portfolio's but I got tired of the poor management that estate agencies offered and poured all my savings into an HMO. Misha has the biggest heart and also the loudest voice in the office, so she gets it done! Misha is a direct individual and tells you exactly how it is, a perfect combo for a property manager. We are lucky to have her onboard. She will go out of her way to make it work for both landlords but also tenants. She even drives to the tenant to give a spare key at 11 pm without notifying her superiors.

Great attention to detail. In-house cleaner and inspector. Mariia's eye spots the tiniest details. She cleans our communal hallways and does routine property inspections. It is important to us that the same person goes to inspect the same property. This allows us to give a better report to the landlord of their property's condition and how the tenant is treating the property.
