I have been raised on the motto, no problems, just solutions. I believe this is why I have such a strong bond with property management. Most landlords see it as a burden when the tenant calls with an issue, but I see it as a challenge and try my best to turn their negative experience into a positive one. I have managed many estate agents' portfolio's but I got tired of the poor management that estate agencies offered and poured all my savings into an HMO. My portfolio now consists of 40 units, and I want to offer my services to landlords who may have been disappointed in the past. Property Manager

Misha

Misha has the biggest heart and also the loudest voice in the office, so she gets it done! Misha is a direct individual and tells you exactly how it is, a perfect combo for a property manager. We are lucky to have her onboard. She will go out of her way to make it work for both landlords but also tenants. She even drives to the tenant to give a spare key at 11 pm without notifying her superiors.

Cleaner and Inspector

Great attention to detail. In-house cleaner and inspector. Mariia's eye spots the tiniest details. She cleans our communal hallways and does routine property inspections. It is important to us that the same person goes to inspect the same property. This allows us to give a better report to the landlord of their property's condition and how the tenant is treating the property.

our majestic office cat, part-time employee, full-time diva. Anton is our elite pest control specialist, trained in the ancient feline arts of napping aggressively and glaring judgmentally at paperwork. However, his definition of "pests" is highly specific—limited exclusively to fresh tuna (preferably line-caught, massaged daily, and named before harvest). If your building has actual pests (i.e., not sushi-grade seafood), don't worry—we’ve partnered with professionals who don’t demand belly rubs as payment.
